You're Ready to Post!
All checks passed. Hit publish and alert the team within 5 minutes.
✍️
Step 1 Caption Quality
Check every caption element before posting
Strong hook in line 1 Critical
First line creates tension, curiosity, or a bold opinion. Does NOT start with "We", "I am pleased to", or a generic statement.
Line breaks used throughout Critical
Every 1–2 lines has a blank line break. No paragraph walls. Easy to scan on mobile.
Specific insight or problem
The post teaches something concrete, not a general truth everyone already knows.
Slide tease included (if carousel) Tip
Caption mentions a specific slide: "Slide 3 is the one to save." Forces document swipes.
Ends with ONE direct question Critical
Not "Let us know your thoughts." A specific, answerable question like "Which of these have you faced in your last PCB design?"
No self-promo sentence at the end
Remove lines like "At Zenion Technologies, we focus on reliable embedded solutions." It kills momentum right before the CTA.
Caption under 1,300 characters
Engagement drops sharply after this limit. Count if you're unsure.
No external link in caption Watch out
Put the link in the first comment instead, right after publishing.

Step 2 Hashtag Check
Exactly 5 hashtags always
Exactly 5 hashtags Critical
Not 4, not 6, not 15. Exactly 5.
Formula: 2 Broad + 2 Niche + 1 Brand
Always ends with #ZenionTechnologies.
No generic-only tags like #Technology #Innovation
Always pair with niche engineering tags.
Hashtags placed at end of caption
Not scattered in the middle of the caption body.
